THE CLINIQUE

C'Shell is a Private Practice  located in Lake side Port Dover.  C'Shell opened it's doors in 1993 originally in Simcoe and relocated to Port Dover in 2002.  Shelley and Tim Watters have 2 children Taylor and Isabella and work very hard at creating balance with a family and a profesional and business life together.   Shelley looks forward to servicing your Clinical and Aesthetic needs.            Please see below some of the common questions asked. 

Due to our busy schedule, a phone call to cancel 24 hours in advance of your booked appointment is required (otherwise the charges will be applied to your account.)

NO SHOWS will be charged full price of missed appointment upon your next visit.

If you arrive late we will still be required to finish on time for others coming in for their scheduled appointment time.

Please try and arrive 10 min. prior to scheduled treatment time to prepare for your experience along with completing a health assessment if required.

We want you to enjoy your experience so please turn off your cell phones when having any Skin Treatments or Body Therapies.

PARKING is available across the street or on the same side of street as C’Shell - down 2 houses         

 Please use the side door entrance, off the driveway.

At this time C’Shell will only be accepting CASH AND CHEQUES ONLY AT THIS TIME.

Special concerns for ailments, pregnancy, medications, vitamins or allergies when having any skin or body care treatments will be required on you health assessment,  to make sure we don’t have any contra indicators.

If having a pedicure it is a smart idea to bring a pair of flip flops so you don’t have to wait for the toe polish to dry, so you can continue with your day.

Missed Appointments

In today's fast paced world it is necessary that we schedule our days accordingly. For your convenience, as well as ours, it may be necessary to reschedule an appointment if you are more than 15 minutes late. As a courtesy to everyone please give 24 hours notice for any cancellations or you will be charged for missed appointments. Your co-operation is greatly appreciated. Take a while for yourself and you will be better equipped to care for your loved ones.
